60 to 70% protein. These vegetable proteins are perfectly balanced and contain all the essential amino acids. Proteins are involved in the construction of tissues and in the maintenance of the main organic functions: growth, defence and enzymatic functions.
Iron 5.6 mg / 5 g (10 tablets). Iron is essential for the maturation and activity of red blood cells. It combats anaemia and is involved in the immune system. It also plays an important role in the growth and development of children. In addition, processes such as menstruation, pregnancy and breast-feeding require more iron from women.
Beta-carotene 3.1 mg/5 g (10 tablets). Transformed by the body into vitamin A, beta-carotene is involved in the process of vision, in maintaining the integrity of the skin and mucous membranes and in resistance to infection. It also helps in wound healing.
Vitamin B12 2.4 mcg / 5 g (10 tablets). This vitamin contributes to normal functioning of the nervous and immune system, helping to reduce tiredness and the creation of red blood cells, as well as being involved in other processes such as cell division.
Contraindications: Due to its iron content, consumption is not recommended in people with haemochromatosis, renal insufficiency or phenylketonuria. In case of pregnancy and lactation, consult your doctor.
